Well.. today I give him negative feedback because he still denying his lies.. and he deserve it !!!

I saw this watch in ebay.de ...
and I really like it.
A brand-new blue watch made in Germany with a same color well-designed tie, a brand-new tie-clip and a pair of button... I'm really sure that my husband will like it...

Then I check the description written by the seller... Well.. nothing bad about the watch.. It stated that everything is brand-new. The normal price is 299 Euro... Wow... so expensive... but the seller started the bid from 29 Euro....His feedback rating was 100%. Then, I place a bid...

When the auction has ended, I won the bid... wow.. The watch will be mine.. so.. I made the bank transfer immediately...

A week later, the watch has arrived... I'm really excited...

BUT......

what a horrible watch!!!

It's not a brand-new watch!!... It rusted everywhere... Even though it has not been used but It is just like an old steel to be thrown away or recycled... How can I give this watch to my husband as a present?.... I'm really disappointed...

maybe this is what the seller said brand-new ... but.. its not blue!! ... the pattern also not as good as illustrated in ebay... Its a cheap tie....

Hmmm.... what a nightmare... then I asked the seller nicely why the item is like that... then he replied.... "I'll sue you!!"
what the hell is going on?.... he threatened me with prosecutor.. well ... I asked an advise from my friend who is a lawyer... and he said that I don't have to worry about that... actually I can sue him.. I have enough evident.. but.. it just several euros.... I don't want to worsen my life with this greedy seller...
Well... I opened a dispute on ebay to report that the item is not as described... and suddenly... I received a negative feedback from the seller... Have I done somehing wrong? Suppose that he deserve the negative feedback first from me... hmm... he is very sensitive person.... I don't even give him any feedback yet until now...
well... now I know... I learn something from this case... buying from Ebay.de is not worthly... it cannot be trusted anymore... If there are plenty of sellers like that.... nobody will purchase anything on ebay.de anymore... but remember... cheater will not always win!!
